Definitely worth the visit. The first part of there sunday meeting was called the sacrament. This was a time where the bishop (the leader of that building) got up and gave a brief overview of what would happen. Then we sang some hymns that were focused on Christ's sacrifice for us. After, they said a prayer over the bread and the water and passed it around. The prayers were quite beautiful. After this time of pondering and partaking, we started into some talked/ sermons that had been prepared by people in the congregation. They shared their experiences of change when living principles that christ has asked us to follow. It was awesome hearing from different perspectives. We sang a few more hymns and ended with prayer. That was the first hour. The second hour we separated into other room where we studied the scriptures. From what I learned, every other week is a different class. One week you separate men and woman to help each other and council of things that eachother is going through. And the other week, you meet all together and have a study. It was amazing. They have a place where your children can sing songs about Christ and also learn. The environment was very open and loving. Never have I been to a place where I have felt so welcome. This was an amazing place and I will invite others and keep coming. The spirit of god was present. It was great also to hear that everything is voluntary. No one gets paid for what they do. These people do believe in Jesus Christ and his sacrifice on the cross for us. No on can deny that. But we all have to come and see.

We love going there for their Nativity Festival. It’s usually the first weekend in December. They have hundreds of nativities on display play and evening musical performances from local choirs/musicians and my younger children love the children’s room that has ornament crafts, cookie decorating, Nativity dress up, and/or coloring pages.
