  I can’t say enough great things about the Carie in concierge and Selene in activities. The concierge is always kind, attentive, and incredibly helpful. The activities assistant brings so much joy and enthusiasm to every event — you can tell they genuinely care. Together, they create such a warm and inviting environment. We’re so grateful for everything they do!

  Had a very good experience here at Dale commons the executive director was very funny to be around he was so excited to see the kids.

  Christine went beyond to help me with my long term care insurance when the insurance company decided to do an assessment and held my monies for 2+ months. Christine stayed on top of them and helped me with calling them and following through with the insurance needs. Thank you Christine.

  My mom has lived at Dale Commons for 13 months and is very content and calls it home. There’s no pressure from the staff to do any of the activities she doesn’t want to do; that was a concern of ours since mom is not very social. When she wants to join an activity there are many to choose from. She likes to play games, go on day trips, and listen to the entertainment the facility has on Fridays! The staff is by far the best! You walk in and get a smile and a Hello! They are always helpful to answer any question I might have. Every staff member I’ve come across has been caring and nice. I only have good things to say about them! They have become friends. Mom has made some really nice friends while eating in the dining room. She loves dessert and her friends tease her about it. It’s great to see her smile and laugh with others. I think back when she lived in a house all alone, her life was very empty; she has friends now. Priceless! Since my mom is doing so well here it makes my life less stressful. I don’t have reasons to worry about her because I trust the staff with her well-being. That’s tremendous!
