We were already unsure how to feel, along with our Chaplin we walked up to the chapel office. Had to call a number to let them know what we were there for. This woman never gave us her name, she came out with a clip board and asked my step Mom to sign for the ashes. Then she said there's a family in there so she'll bring him out. She came out with 2 white dollar store bags, handed this heavy bag and said, OKAY HAVE A NICE DAY. She just handed me my Dad in a bag as if he was some take out. The most incompassionate, disrespectful, professional people. Hope she felt good about doing that, we'll never forget that thanks to this place. DONT DO THAT TO PEOPLES LOVED ONES WITH NO COMPASSION. REMEMBER THAT PEOPLE ARE SENSITIVE AND GRIEVING. You've made this a traumatic experience, hope you treat others better moving forward.
