  Being in Cheryl Allemand's office has been a part of my week that I continuously look forward to; for the past six years I've been a client of Cheryl, and she has provided me with invaluable lessons and self-growth that I thought was initially impossible to obtain. I will forever be indebted to the care and support Cheryl has shown me, and instilled in my mind. I hope everyone has the chance to find a therapist as great as Cheryl has been for me, and others as well.

  Cheryl shows she cares about you with a personable and gracious attitude. She helps to counsel through life's developments, and gives a pragmatic and grounding perspective in times of crisis. I have been coming to her for almost 10 years, the entirety of my teenage years, and she provided immense help through that emotionally tumultuous time. She tends to run a little late, but will always let you know and will always give you your time and full appointment. No beeping timer to knock you out of a deep realization, she cares to let you finish out your thoughts gently, even if it takes a few more minutes past your allotment. Cheryl draws on her vast knowledge and experience in her field to address each client's individual needs She is a wonderful counselor and I recommend those who are interested give her a chance.

  I’ve struggled with my life since childhood. Over the years I’ve self-harmed with food , drugs and unhealthy relationships for coping mechanisms. Was Continuously trying to find help and support but repeatedly failing. I tried counseling and group therapy. Nothing seemed to help me as ended up returning to my old unhealthy and unhappy habits until I met with Cheryl Allemand about 3 years ago . Cheryl’s expertise of educating, guiding, and referring me to receive the proper medications I needed for balancing has been my medicinal lifesaver . Cheryl bought me into the light with complete knowledge, wisdom and understanding regarding the reasons why it is imperative that I follow with consistent therapy and a medication prescribed by my psychiatrist for the chemical in-balances within me . My sessions with Cheryl has been life changing . After many decades of depression in my life everything has positively turned around. Cheryl guided me to focus on myself by finding and listening to my inner voice. I’ve taken control of my life and I’m so much better then ever before . I’m a better daughter , wife and a better friend to myself and others . I know longer have darkness hovering over me . As I mentioned in the beginning. I’ve had many therapist, counselors etc. However it’s obvious to me that Cheryl is in a top notch league of her own . I totally recommend Cheryl Allemand as you’ll have similar outcomes .
