From the moment I called Kristal was friendly and helpful. I called on a Monday afternoon, and she was able to meet us Tuesday morning at our convenience. I appreciated at no time did I feel pressured into purchasing services or products we didn't want or need. Kristal has kept us advised as the process proceeds.
