  We had a very negative experience at this Bright Horizons location. The staff member we dealt with was rude, dismissive, and unhelpful during what should have been a routine interaction. What concerns me most is that after the incident, Bright Horizons customer service told us an internal report had been made containing allegations that I was “banging on the door” and that my wife used profanity. Those allegations are false, and we have formally disputed them with Bright Horizons. We are not trying to regain access to this specific location, but other families should know that our experience left us with serious concerns about professionalism, accuracy, and fairness in how incidents are documented here.

  I am continually impressed of the how The Academy of Westwood: A Bright Horizons Preschool helped our child adapt to new challenges, highlight progress and his improvement overtime. The team has a supportive staff that encouraged and support parent involvement. They foster a sense of belonging for students from diverse backgrounds. We are forever grateful to have Ms Cheyenne at Redwood room who truly understands and cares for our child. Her commitment to our child's development is invaluable, she’s truly one of the best!

  Sent our daughter here starting at 2 years old and she has had the most wonderful time. All the staff and teachers are amazing, and truly cared for her. The school is smaller and the small class size allowed my daughter to be confident in her transition to school, and become close with all of her classmates and teachers. She received so much attention from all the staff, and comes home talking about how much she adores everyone and about all the things she is learning in school. I would highly recommend the Academy to anyone in the area, it is well-run, and such a wonderful learning environment.

  Small but clean and neat facility. Teachers are friendly but lack of experiences. More like babysitting not actual school. My son attended here only for a couple of months and left a permanent scar on his face from a scratch. Every time see the scar reminds me the negative experience.

  My spouse and I had a negative experience with this particular school. There was a lack of safety measures from the staff and management, either due to inadequate training or a lack of concern for important matters. We enrolled our two-and-a-half-year-old daughter at this center, but she encountered three major issues within a month. While the facility was impressive, the management and teaching staff were subpar. The only individual we felt grateful for was Elizabeth. We ultimately decided to withdraw our child from the program and enroll her in another school. After two months, our daughter is now content, and we are pleased with the decision.
