It's about getting out of the imagination (i.e., worries, complaints, expectations, etc.) and living more fully. Swami Premodaya has a way of demystifying the mystical, and his scientific, rational, and practical approach to spirituality have helped me reach the point where I know for myself that Life is way bigger and better than I could have ever imagined. I couldn't be happier.
