  Bright Horizons has been a true gift to our family. The teachers are absolutely incredible caring, patient, and deeply invested in each child’s growth. The administration is warm, welcoming, and always accessible, creating a sense of partnership and trust from day one. The location is convenient and secure, with top-tier safety protocols that gave us complete peace of mind. The level of care and attention our son received was unmatched, his development skyrocketed, and his social skills flourished in a way we never expected so quickly. We also loved the strong focus on family involvement and enrichment programs that made learning exciting and fun. Bright Horizons has set the bar so high, we know this experience could never be replaced. We’re beyond grateful.

  Our son started at Bright Horizons when he was almost an year old, still a crawling baby. It was a rough transition for him and for us as anxious first-time parents. But the staff and teachers here are incredibly warm to support through this phase. Fast forward to 3 yrs, he transformed into an independent threenager with an ever-expanding vocabulary. The teachers are so phenomenal and all the most he came home happy every day, eagerly waiting to get back to the day care next day. We are deeply saddened to have our son transition to another day care close to home as we are moving away from the area but we are going to cherish all the memories we had with this wonderful BH family at South Figueroa.

  Absolutely loved our time here, the teachers are incredibly warm and engaged with the kids and the center feels like a second home. Our son was really attached to everyone there and still misses it. As parents, we always felt he was safe and well-cared for.

  I can not say enough good things about this location. The center was impeccably maintained, the communication was clear and constant, and every inch of our daughter was loved. She always had a fun activity and the teachers were supportive and always had updates. We miss our South Fig family!

  We have brought our 17 month old son to Bright Horizons at South Figueroa since they opened in October. We moved from NYC to LA and this was our first time leaving our son with someone else. The facility is brand new and it's complete adapted for the different ages with low shelves, low tables, chairs and cots for nap time. Our son loves to be here! At first we were worried since he's been very clingy but after a month he waived good bye to us in the morning and didn't want to leave at night when we picked him up. He wasn't sleep or nap trained when he started but they had no problem in putting him to sleep and stay asleep for nap time. He also started eating much more solid food and has been much more independent since he started. As we don't speak English at home we have noticed that his English has gotten better than his Swedish. He have learned so many words! We first thought it would be a temporary daycare since we planned on moving out of downtown, but after a few weeks we decided to permanently live in downtown so our son could go to Bright Horizons at South Figueroa every day :) Another thing that I love about this facility is that they have an app where I can follow his day with meals, diapers, naps and performance. A great add on for a worried mom and for grandparents who wants to follow their grandson when they live far away. The teachers are lovable, professional and our son loves them!
