  DO NOT GO HERE. Our experience raised several concerns regarding professionalism, communication, and follow-up care. At the start of the procedure, when my partner was brought back, Dr. Flannigan appeared to have a Bluetooth earpiece in and seemed to be on a call. This made the situation feel less attentive than we expected for a medical setting. Following the procedure, communication remained inconsistent. When we called with questions, there was often background noise (including music), and we did not feel that our concerns were clearly addressed. My partner and I had traveled from out of town and were understandably anxious. We had hoped for a higher level of attentiveness and clarity throughout the process. For example, we were not informed of how far along the pregnancy was until we reached out afterward while experiencing complications. Those complications ultimately required a hospital visit, where we received additional medical feedback that differed from the post-procedure guidance we had been given. While we understand that outcomes can vary, this added to our concern about the overall level of care and communication. The nurse we interacted with was kind and professional, and we appreciate her efforts. We are sharing this experience so others can make a fully informed decision when considering care, particularly if traveling from out of town.

  I came here for my abortion. And throughout the whole process, I can tell the nurse and doctor both truly care about their patients. I am very thankful that this was the place that I ultimately chose, because I was treated with a lot of compassion and respect. And on the day of the abortion pill, that I had to take at home, we (me and my partner) were able to call them anytime we had a question. Since my partner and I were scared and worried, but calling them really helped us (mainly my partner) and I would really recommend this place to anyone, they treated us with such kindness that Id go again just to talk to them.

  I was really nervous going into this procedure & Maria & Dr.Flannigan made me feel so comfortable & at ease. From the ultrasound, blood test, & procedure, it by far exceeded all my expectations. So thankful for the hospitality & care they provided me during an emotional time.
