- MMMarie MartinApr 19, 20241.0Absolutely horrendous place to bring your loved one. Susan and Claudia are rude, unprofessional, and bully the people around them. Please do NOT place your loved one in their care. They should be reported for their behavior towards the elderly and others around them.

He is currently in the Memory Care section, but before that he lived in the assisted living area for two years. I have toured other facilities in this area, and Sungarden stands out as unique because it is large enough to offer a variety of activities and services, but small enough that everyone knows your name. The people here treat everyone as unique individuals and they try to accommodate and even anticipate their needs. The staff is unfailingly caring, respectful, and helpful, and the food is excellent. The facility is cheerful and clean, and the grounds are lovely. I would recommend Sungarden Terrace to anyone seeking a place to care for their loved one when living at home is no longer a safe option.
- JHJulie HatchJun 6, 20191.0I thought that this would be my mother's forever home, but it turned into a nightmare when she kept falling there. They asked us to call in hospice, and get a hospital bed. To no avail, they asked us to leave. I moved my mother to another facility, and after 3 weeks she has not fallen once! Shame on you, Sungarden...you don't provide the proper caregivers! I have spoken to others that had their parents there and moved out in a month! I'm sorry it took me 5 months to see what was going on! The state board will hear from me!
