- SSSvetlana SJun 21, 20205.0Sunshine HHA is amazing. They helped us navigate through the quagmire of the COVID pandemic and isolation in bringing my mom home from a nursing home. Daniel did so much to help prepare us before we even officially started and if it wasn't for that I think we would have been very unprepared, due to the pandemic communication with facilities was difficult. The health aides and nurse are also amazing and providing great care! Highly recommended!
- DBDee BoneNov 24, 20195.0We started using Sunshine in the month of November 2019. Our current agency was unable to consistently fill our weekend needs which changed in October. When I contacted Sunshine on. Friday afternoon, not only did they come out that evening to assess our weekend needs for that Sunday, they sent 2 very capable caregivers that Sunday, one who just happened to be a friend of my moms who is currently in heaven. The 2 accessors asked many questions and matched our needs very well. Since then, they have filled every request that I have made even with short notice. The owners and staff are very competent and friendly. They follow up with a calendar to ensure the accuracy of the scheduling and it’s always correct. We have dealt with about 6 agencies thus far. Undoubtedly, to date, they are by far the best.
