  Karoza was one of the best bridal shops I visited! Everyone was so friendly and attentive, not just to me but to my entire party which meant a lot to me. My stylist Berlynne was amazing and truly saw my vision. Efrain was also so kind and made me feel special with his compliments. Narine was incredibly sweet and made the whole process smooth and stress free, walking me through everything step by step. They have a great selection of dresses at different price points, and the overall experience felt so welcoming. I’m beyond pleased and so happy I said yes to the dress at Karoza! I highly recommend them. Their service is truly impeccable and stands out from other bridal shops!

  Could not have asked for a better experience than at Karoza! So thankful for the entire team, but especially my amazing stylist, EFRAIN, who did an incredible job helping me find my style within my budget and just making the entire experience so memorable and comfortable. He is SO knowledgeable of the industry and bridal designs that I took all his tips to other stores I got to visit. Ultimately I came back here after 6 different shops and said yes to the dress! Can’t stress enough how valuable it is to have a stylist who cares. They really make or break the entire process. Thank you Efrain and Karoza - so happy to officially be a Karoza bride!

  I had such a wonderful experience at this bridal shop, all thanks to Emily! She was incredibly patient, kind, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. She really took the time to understand what I was looking for and made me feel so comfortable and supported. Her positive attitude and attention to detail made everything feel special and stress free. I’m so grateful for her help, she truly made the experience memorable!

  I had the best experience finding my wedding dress, and it was all thanks to Efrain. He was so patient, kind, and truly listened to what I wanted. He made me feel comfortable, confident, and never rushed throughout the whole process. Saying yes to my dress felt so special because of him.
