  My wedding dress shopping experience at Karoza in June of 2025 was lovely from start to finish. The gown selection was diverse and the employees were so kind and helpful though the whole process. I never felt pressured and they really worked to guide me to find my dream gown. I loved that we were allowed to help select dresses to try on - my mom was the one who selected my dress which made it even more special. My dress came in February 2026 and the pickup process was seamless! Excited to wear my gown in June.

  The one stop shop! Karoza Bridal has the most stunning selection of gowns. The showroom is large with beautiful lighting and large dressing rooms. The staff is extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. Emily and Berylne helped me throughout my entire process and made my journey so special. Thank you so much for helping me say ‘yes to the dress’ a core memory I’ll never forget!

  I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience at Karoza Bridal and especially about Emily. From the moment I walked in, Emily made me feel seen, understood, and completely at ease. She provided a joyful environment that allowed me to actually enjoy the process. Emily has an incredible eye. She listened so carefully to what I wanted, not just in terms of style, but how I wanted to feel on my wedding day. She gently guided me, never pressured me, and somehow managed to pull the exact dress that I didn’t even know I was looking for. The moment I put it on, I felt like a bride. Her warmth, patience, and genuine excitement made the experience unforgettable. Thank you for helping me find the dress of my dreams!

  I was looking for a local bridal shop to find my dress, and to my surprise I found my top two dresses here! Karoza had so many different designs and you can truly feel the quality difference compared to the bigger chain shops! Adrianne was the stylist who helped me throughout the process! She was able to find some dresses and pulled what she thought would fit my body. I didn’t have a clear idea what I was looking for so she pulled her various favorites which helped me narrow down my choices. I stayed for about 3 hours and the nice thing was I didn’t feel pressured to pick a dress. The team and shop were fully understanding of how overwhelming the process can be- I seriously appreciated that. I went home and took sometime to really think- pro tip: don’t try on a veil until you absolutely love the dress and also make sure to take some selfies of you and the dress!!!! I came back for my 2nd try on and said yes to a dress and I cannot wait to wear it on my wedding day!!! Highly recommend Adrianne she is so sweet and also very attentive. She listened to what I liked and also stayed within my budget- but you can definitely try on some others for fun!! Highly recommend 🤍🤍

  I had the most amazing experience at Karoza Bridal! Even though I worked here years ago, coming back as a bride was so special and emotional. Emily was absolutely incredible; so sweet, patient, and truly made me feel comfortable and taken care of throughout the whole process. Ps Emily truly loves her job and shows it throughout your whole experience at Karoza. 🤍 I also want to give a huge thank you to Narine, who is not only an old friend of mine but now basically the boss/manager there. She helped me so much with pricing and details and made everything so easy and stress-free. The whole team made me feel so welcomed and supported, and I found the most beautiful wedding dress. I couldn’t recommend Karoza Bridal enough to any future bride! 🤍
