Everything stood out beautifully, including Karen who is a great asset to the company with her knowledge, professionalism, and character. She made me feel at ease while searching for a perfect place for my mother.

I was greeted by friendly staff who were all smiling and happy. Karen the Director of Sales was great and I never felt pressured yet the opposite. She has a great personality and super fun to be around. Barbara the Director of Health Services is very knowledgeable and answered my questions while treating me like a family member. I was very happy to hear that The Commons does not and will not use temp agencies. This ensures that all the residents will not have the confusion of seeing new faces constantly which is a huge positive when looking for a forever home for your loved one. Aimee the Connections for Living Director was so sweet and embracing. I was very impressed with the memory care and layout. The residents were all cheerful and enjoying themselves. Aimee was happy to answer my long list of questions. I was very impressed with the activities the residents engage in. To top it off I was invited to stay for dinner which was fabulous. The menu was filled with wonderful choices and the pumpkin pie was delicious. The Commons of Elk Grove is at the top of my choices when looking for a forever home for my father.

Barbara, the nurse, is just as amazing. Her compassion, professionalism, and dedication shine through in everything she does. It is clear she truly loves what she does and takes the time to ensure residents receive the best care possible. You can feel the heart and integrity of the team the moment you walk through the doors. I cannot recommend this community enough.

Detailed questions about the spectrum of care to be able to provide comprehensive support for health and well-being. She identified resources to explore to assist with the caregiving journey and exhibited strong command of knowledge about all relevant issues. Very much appreciated.
