Wilson & Kratzer we’re our local chapel in Danville. A number of years ago I attended a service at their facility and I decided then to use them if and when the time came. The time came. They handled the transportation of my mom from her home to the facility and coordinated the cremation all over the phone, as we had moved. Death Certificates and ashes were send to me through the mail. All parties were caring and sympathetic to our loss.

Through our recent difficult time Wilson & Kratzer were kind and helpful with everything relating to our loss. They also helped us 15 years ago with the loss of my father. Thank you for your help.

Everyone seemed to go out of their way to help me. When my main point of contact wasn't there I was still able to get an answer or get help. It was just stupendous!

I am still going through everything so I'm kind of scatter brained... however, the employees here have been instrumental in helping me remember things and keep things in order for me. I am very grateful!
