I completed 84 practicum hours at Bright Horizons through San Jose City College, and my experience was incredibly positive. The teachers demonstrate outstanding work ethic and genuinely care about every child in their classroom. Their warm personalities, professionalism, and respectful attitudes create a nurturing environment where children feel safe and valued. They consistently follow developmentally appropriate practices, support individual needs, and model high-quality early childhood education. I left feeling inspired by the level of dedication and love they put into their work every day. I highly recommend Bright Horizons for both families and future educators looking for an excellent learning environment. Ms Sri and Miss Jolene, definitely open up a welcoming learning environment when you enter into their classroom.

BH has a pretty consistent curriculum across all their locations: they expose kids to different mediums of art, different tactile experiences, lots of reading, introductions to writing and math, and lots of outside play. Due to our original center closing, we were forced to move, and weren't happy with our second center. Fortunately, after all that, we landed at BH Cupertino. What sets Cupertino apart is the person at the top: Leslie. The area in which we live is incredibly expensive, so to have assembled the amazing, talented staff she has and to have kept so many of them for as long as she has is nothing short of remarkable. Our kids have been in almost all of the rooms in this center (for 2.5 years), and the teachers all provide love and personal attention to all the kids. They are genuinely concerned about the children's well being, and it shows. In the case in which we had a concern with one of the staff, Leslie was very easy to talk to and extremely responsive. She made sure our concerns were immediately addressed and not repeated. Leslie is awesome, and the small amount of turnover shows her staff thinks so as well. As for the amazing, talented staff...seriously, they are both of those. The staff at this location are so personally involved with the kids it makes it easier to drop them off in the morning. You will never have perfect hiring, but this place is as close as it gets and the staff sincerely LOVES the kiddos they teach. In summary, we are grateful that our kids were able to go here, and if you are looking for a new daycare I can't recommend it more.

Loving teachers who help my children grow both intellectually and emotionally. Proactive feedback on how child is doing at school and how we can work together for children's development.
