  We are fortunate to have a very good housekeeping team at our facility. They work enthusiastically and always try to meet requests immediately. Jacqueline, in particular, is always cheerful, energetic, and friendly to everyone. I really like her!

  I am writing this to commend Jacqueline Robles, whom I see most days that I visit my Mom at Estancia del Sol. Jacqueline always has a friendly greeting, not just for me, but especially for my Mom. Jacqueline is part of the Housekeeping staff. She does an impeccable job each week that she takes care of Mom's apartment. From vacuuming and mopping, to waste baskets, to the laundry, Jacqueline does it all and does it with attention to detail. The waste baskets are relined, the floors are clean, the laundry is always folded and left neatly on the freshly made bed. My family and I are pleased to have Jacqueline taking care of Mom's apartment, and in turn, taking care of our Mom. I know that Jacqueline is part of the many reasons Mom is happy living at Estancia del Sol.

  Estancia del sol is in a great location surrounded by beautiful lanscape and easy to get to quickly from the 15 freeway. Its a very large facility. That includes a gym. Coffee shop, library, and even a movie theater. The staff is also great Claudia was so sweet and helpful. I can tell she really cares about all the residents and loves this type of work. Shes always there assisting and is patient with kind words to say like shes speaking to family. I appreciate her hard work and diligence shes definitely an asset to this already wonderful place.

  I've recently had a visit to Estancia Del Sol for the second time to see a family friend. I was greeted at the door by a lovely woman by the name of ( Linda). She made my family and I feel welcomed. As I proceeded off to my visit. The same woman as my family and I were leaving asked if we had a nice visit. I said yes. This was the second time ive seen the woman Linda at both visits to Estancia. The first time I encountered Linda she was in the room of the person I was visiting and was attending to him with such care. She is a wonderful asset to the company and really seems to love her job. It's caregivers like Linda who make such a difference and it shows in her work. I look forward to visiting again soon.
