  We are amazed by this living assisted facility. We did a tour for Mom with Jennifer . Jennifer was knowledgeable and welcoming of our family . We had an amazing tour. WE ARE ECSTATIC THAT MOM LOVES THE PLACE . So much to keep Mom busy here . Thank you to everyone who makes this place pleasurable.

  What a beautiful place! Jennifer Burkland was absolutely amazing. Finding a great place for grandma was not easy until we stumbled across this gem here in Brentwood ! I have visited over 15 different living assisted facility, and this is by far the best one. Grandma was super nervous about visiting the facility, and Jennifer turned Grandma ‘s mind around instantly. The warm, welcome, ambience, chef, restaurant servers , residence, nail tech , was more than anyone could ever want for their loved one ! This place is like being at a 10 star resort ! Thank you for providing grandma with amazing new home. I have no doubt in my mind that this is the best decision I’ve ever made. Thank you to all ! Our family will finally sleep better at night knowing Grandma is an amazing place with amazing trusting people!

  I first inquired about Merrill Gardens in September 2021 for my mother. Crystal Hovar is the perfect sales agent! She understands the needs of current and prospective residents. She answered our questions promptly, would seek out answers she didn't have at the moment and quickly get back to me. Now that my mother has moved in, Crystal continues to possess a listening ear for the needs of the residents. She's always so cheerful, professional, helpful, knowledgeable and goes above and beyond! The move-in check-in with Lydia was a bit lengthy. She's nice but not as warm and fuzzy as I would expect from a Director. BJ, Brenda, James and Danielle are all kind and diligent. Kudos to the chef and the restaurant staff who are quick to serve with anytime dining. The food is delicious! There are many opportunities for residents to stay active and interact (Trinh is great!). Some of the highlights are: having a full size kitchen (although there should be a microwave in each apartment), a washer and dryer included, a weekly cleaning service (although it hasn't started yet), transportation to shopping/doctor appointments, attractive interior and beautiful views. As with anything new, there are a few hick-ups and bumps, but all-in-all, we are happy with MG. Looking forward to it getting even better with time and experience.

  Delighted to work with Crystal, Sales Rep, who does her best to answer my questions and inquiries. I have lived in senior CCRCs and communities in the Sacramento area. I'm confident Merrill Gardens will be a lovely senior community facility for independent, assisted living, and memory care residents.

  Excellent option for those looking to locate loved ones in an assisted living facility. Multitude of amenities with robust activity programs with pool. Close proximity to John Muir Hospital and am sure will be awarded high recognition from appropriate associations. Leasing agent, Crystal was a joy to work with, keeping us well informed and offering options to consider. Highly recommend Crystal and faculty for your assisted living needs.
