She understands the needs of current and prospective residents. She answered our questions promptly, would seek out answers she didn't have at the moment and quickly get back to me. Now that my mother has moved in, Crystal continues to possess a listening ear for the needs of the residents. She's always so cheerful, professional, helpful, knowledgeable and goes above and beyond! The move-in check-in with Lydia was a bit lengthy. She's nice but not as warm and fuzzy as I would expect from a Director. BJ, Brenda, James and Danielle are all kind and diligent. Kudos to the chef and the restaurant staff who are quick to serve with anytime dining. The food is delicious! There are many opportunities for residents to stay active and interact (Trinh is great!). Some of the highlights are: having a full size kitchen (although there should be a microwave in each apartment), a washer and dryer included, a weekly cleaning service (although it hasn't started yet), transportation to shopping/doctor appointments, attractive interior and beautiful views. As with anything new, there are a few hick-ups and bumps, but all-in-all, we are happy with MG. Looking forward to it getting even better with time and experience.
