Creekstone Care Centre

We are a comfortable, modern Long Term Care Home that opened in April 2021. We are located in beautiful North Vancouver in the blossoming Lower Lynn Creek area with easy access to Phibbs Exchange and the Second Narrows Bridge. We focus on Quality of Life and embrace best practices in Person and Family-centered Care. Our home offers community-style living with 2 houses per neighbourhood or floor. Each house has 15 bedrooms with its own dining area and TV lounge, as well as a bathing spa, library, and access to the outdoors. There are also common amenities including a bistro-events room, a hair salon, a family games lounge and upper floor patios to enjoy beautiful sunsets. We have underground parking and provide secure bike storage.
