The Downtown Y is an approachable and friendly place for people who live and work downtown to support their health through fitness classes, health coaching and exercise equipment. Amenities include fitness studio, cycle studio, cardio and conditioning areas, low-impact fitness equipment and functional training systems. Downtown Y members can also access the Kelowna Family Y to use the pool, hot tub, gymnasium and more. As a part of the YMCA of Southern Interior BC, all programs and services are subsidized or free to those in need.
