She is definitely in the wrong business. I had prearranged & prepaid from everything & they had no record of it. Russ under old management was amazing & walked me through everything when my mom passed away. With my dad's passing, it was a very bad experience. When I tried to contact owner or upper management through phone calls & email, I received zero response. Could never recommend this place to anyone. They shold be ashamed of their service .
