Higgins is by far the Best Funeral Home in the area. Mila and the whole staff are very kind and walk you through the process with comfort care. We unfortunately, have had to lay a few family members to rest recently and Higgins will always be our first call. Definitely recommend!

When my wife passed away suddenly I had to find a funeral home in a hurry. I heard that others in a similar situation had chosen Higgins Chapel so I called at 6:30am on a Saturday morning and was surprised when a real human answered and took my details. I was treated with compassion, respect and dignity by Susana Arriaga with absolutely no pressure to upgrade to higher priced options or an exploitative sales pitch. She made the whole process easy to navigate and explained all the actions she would take on my behalf including getting death certificates and informing Social Security. She was totally responsive and made me feel that I was her only customer. I experienced not only empathy but a real sense of caring in my grief. Obviously I was not doing comparison shopping, but it is hard to imagine better service being offered anywhere else. I have to give an unreserved superlative recommendation to anyone else in a similar situation.
