Due to the current provincial emergency situation, the way we deliver HELP services will look different, however we remain committed to assisting clients to access equipment safely.
In order to maintain social distancing the doors to the HELP depots will be locked, and our teams will maintain the distance of 2 metres (6 ft) between themselves and others.
Clients will be asked to call the depot and equipment will be brought outside. Clients will not be able to enter the depot.
Customers generally enjoyed the food, noting it was fresh and tasty, although there were some complaints about specific items being cold or not prepared correctly.
