- NRNathan RichardsonSep 14, 20134.0Instead of having the same professional pastor give a sermon each week, worship services consist of 2 or 3 speeches given by lay members of the congregation, including the teenagers. So in a month you'll hear from a dozen different people, all with regular everyday jobs, sharing scripture passages and anecdotes about how Jesus Christ has influenced their life for the better. It's a unique form of worship service that I really like. I do wish the meeting times were posted outside in an easy-to-see place.
