All the staff were so welcoming and made her feel so comfortable. I love that there is someone at the front desk at all times (even after hours and all weekends). The facility is clean, beautifully maintained and very upscale. Her one bedroom apartment is amazing, with a small patio overlooking the pool area. They keep the residents engaged with activities Monday through Sunday. The administration is professional, present even on weekends and you can truly feel how much they care about the residents.
