  This place is the most incompetent people I have ever dealt with. My mom passed away august 2nd and they had her grave dug in the wrong place after i repeatedly reminded them that she was to be buried next to my dad then my mom had a balance remaining on her account which I still haven’t received first they said there was a 30 day hold on the check then they told me it was mailed to the wrong address then they told me it was mailed to me but I never got it and I had ordered a special necklace with my mom’s finger print and I haven’t gotten that yet either they told me they sent it to the wrong address and that was after I verified my address with them. Losing my mom was the hardest thing I’ve ever had to go through and then to have to deal with all of this aggravation is just unacceptable!

  Lisa was wonderful, warm and caring and the only reason im not leaving only 1 star. The service i received today was just unacceptable. The Lady i just dealt with today was cold, didnt even give me 5 seconds after handing me my grandmas ashes to ask me to sign paperwork. I understand she has a job to do, but show some sympathy and compassion instead of immediately getting down to business. This includes even the basic question of "Would you like a minute?" When I got to my car I noticed the boxe for the smaller urns were dirty and scuffed up, so I looked at everything. Micro scratches, and remnants of ashes on both small urns, and the large one as well. Yes some clean up was done, but it was obviously rushed and done without care. As you can imagine im furious. And responded so. I tired to keep my composure, and asked, who I only can assume was David coming out the back door of the funeral home who fills the urns, he said it was him, I asked why he didnt clean up the urns and why the boxes were damaged. I was met with complete lack of accountability and no compassion. So yes I got everything angrier. He did not care. Said thats how everything came and repeated "I wiped them down". I pray he does a better job and takes more care with other peoples loved ones in the future than what he showed my grandmother. No one should leave a funeral home shaking and in tears because they are angry.

  I just want to thank Dave, Allissa and the staff for taking care of my whole family this year with out you I would be lost you have helped us with multiple loss this year thank you thank you
