- JJJusta Random JessJul 20, 20235.0I did not live here personally, but my grandfather did. After my grandmother, his wife, passed away, he moved here to Tucson to be closer to my mother and me. For a while, it seemed that he would never be happy again. He lived in studio or one bedroom apartments. Then he had to stop driving. This community provided weekly (more often than that if I remember correctly) outings to necessary places, like the grocery store. He reluctantly moved in to Fellowship Square, and I'm telling you, he did a 180! He was happy for the first time since my grandmother died, and he thrived in this community. He began running some of the classes (light aerobics and some others I can't recall) and participated in the choir. Heck, he even started dating! He has since passed away, and I miss him so much, but I honestly believe he never would have found happiness again if it wasn't for this place. Thank you to all of the staff. Also: the food in the restaurant was actually really good!
