These group events take place mid-month and provide a group setting. Lastly, SpiritQuest Sedona Retreats offers day packages or single spa treatments & activities selected from our ala carte menu. Our retreats are holistic and non-denominational. We emphasize health and wellness for all people.

It started with Lauren creating the perfect 3 day itinerary based our consultation. I’ve been fortunate to travel and meet lots of people and hear many stories in my life, but the team here are the most loving and compassionate beings I’ve ever met! My life will be forever impacted by this 3 day healing retreat. My path forward on my healing journey will be etched by all the great practitioners. Brighde, Barbara, Troy, Jax, Kirti, and Daniel- you are all gifted rays of light. You are all such special people that have left the most loving imprint on my soul as I continue on my journey towards my most authentic self; full of forgiveness and peace. Each and every one of you were gentle, kind, genuine and helpful in ways that I will never be able to truly express in writing. I had limited expectations that one center would be able to address all that I needed to work on. After a consultation with SpiritQuest we decided on a schedule of sessions, and I flew to Sedona with the intention of touching on some of the areas I wanted to work on. I am still processing my experience and will continue to use the information, and experiences as I progress in my growth. I am absolutely amazed how every session not only touched on what I felt were drastically different issues , but how each session built upon the next. I feel this was a transformative experience that far exceeded any expectations I had. Every person I met with instantly made me feel safe and comfortable. I did not want anyone to speak from an attitude where they were “all knowing” and felt they needed to enlighten me . I find people like this to be deceptively arrogant, disguising empathy for their own ego. Everyone I met was the exact opposite of this. They were intuitive in touching on my concerns and allowed me to make my own conclusions and direct my own growth . Although this is a private and personal journey for me, I have reached out to a friend who is struggling, to encourage her to talk with SpiritQuest. I plan on coming back and would recommend them without any hesitation.

It reminded me that we can live in love and peace, that there are already places in this world that get it. Sedona holds that vibration, and SpiritQuest amplifies it beautifully.
