  My mom lived at Fellowship square for six years. She starting off with the independent living and moving onto the assisted living. First of all the campus is beautiful and the grounds are always immaculate with a nice turtle pond and green grass and it just feels great there. Secondly, my mom had dementia and faced a lot so the staff was always so supportive and caring and willing to be there when any issues came up The care caretakers at assisted living were wonderful too and showed my mom love and affection. Whenever I came to visit or had concerns, they were always there to say hello to me and help me out. I would definitely recommend Fellowship square in Phoenix! I am forever grateful for finding this campus for my mom. I can name off so many staff that are just wonderful including the VP of the campus who always took my call and returned emails promptly! I always tell the staff to save me a spot in the independent living for when I’m older. Thank you, Fellowship Square Phoenix. I am Forever And Always grateful!

  I visit my family here and they really like it. The establishment has a problem with not enough employees so many services that made it great at the beginning are limited which makes it frustrating.

  My mom has been at Fellowship Square for many years and it has been acceptable for most of that time. Recently however, the 25 meals provided have been deplorable. They used to be well balanced and nutritious. The portions are half what they used to be. They no longer offer the soup, salad, entree, two sides and dessert. The last meal she received was half a serving of rice, half a service of broccoli and some over cooked, and dry fish. - all of which was cold. The food is barely edible, delivered late. The value of the meals is supposed to be $12. In no way are these meals worth this amount. My mom is a diabetic and needs to eat around noon everyday. She notified them of this and the past three days the meals have been delivered at 1:15 and have been stone cold. She is required to subsidize the minimal number of meals just to be full. This has had a huge impact on my 94 year old mom. When you can't eat together with your friends once a day, there's not much to look forward to. And now the food is just awful. The menus have deteriorated and the same entrees are offered frequently with very little variety. I earnestly wonder if these meals are even sufficient for a minimum nutrition standards. Fellowship Square requires that residents take the meals as part of the rent. They should either improve the meal program or offer an alternative to providing your own meals at a reduced cost. I a very disappointed in what has been a good, safe healthy environment for my mom. Are there not minimum standards for food for retirement residents?
