Terrible place to take your children, these staff are very unprofessional especially the director e everyone here needs to reevaluated to be around kids. All you parent need to ask about background and what this daycare hasn't passed for Inspections. They don't treat all kids fair at all and director over looks most of staff knowing they aren't fit to watching kids and very rude. They really need in room cameras you can log into so many kids go home with marks and very upset to be here my kids would cry knowing we are on our way here. I'd never take my kids back. Ever since my kids started a new daycare they love being there you can definitely tell my children behavior and I've had my kids in multiple daycares. My kids that can talk had ALot to say and I have 3 out of 5 that attended here. -0. They need to surprise them and inspect the incident that happens half the time they wouldn't even tell my kids were left with cratched or bite marks. Please do better.

I am very concerned about the care at Valley Child Care & Learning Center (Greenway location). The director, Miranda, was extremely aggressive during my visit, yelling, pointing, and refusing to answer questions. She would not allow me to pick up my stepdaughter and advised the enrolling parent to remove me from the pickup list. Staff appear disorganized and inconsistent. They do not have clear procedures in place, especially for parents who do not live together. They should be requesting custody documentation, court orders, and parenting plans to ensure the child’s safety and proper care. My stepdaughter has come home with hygiene issues, lice, and multiple bite marks, one of which has now left a scar. I was told we need a court order to adjust payments, even though we are no longer obligated to pay directly. I have witnessed unsafe and inappropriate discipline. The center does not use timeouts, but I have seen the director take a little girl who was crying, yell at her, and isolated her. Overall, the center seems disorganized, inconsistent, unsafe at times, and unprofessional. Parents should be aware and carefully consider the care provided at this location.

Super unfortunate. The director Miranda yelled in my face while I was holding my infant son while coming to pick up my step daughter. Her mom took my off the list so I am now unable to pick her up. Dad never signed anything stating he was responsible for saying. Mom enrolled her without us agreeing to and Miranda is threaten to hit up with collections. After dad was put on child support. This is a very unprofessional daycare. I’ve seen one of the teachers pulling something out of the kids hands and he almost fell in the 2 year old room when I was picking up my step daughter. She was black, chunky and wears glasses. My step daughter has been hurt here multiple times, she has a scar on her back from a child bitting her here and she’s gotten lice from this daycare, she’s come home a few times not fully wiped, they thought I was her real mom multiple times, even after I’ve said I was her step mom and put all our payment on the moms side and kept over charging us. Unless you want your child abused and neglected I wouldn’t bring them here. The staff has giving me dirty looks and have made me and the dad feel very uncomfortable. I’ve read a few of the reviews here and I know I’m not the only one who has experienced this things at this location. If you are a separate house hold family then this isn’t the place to go. They definitely favor here and treat people unfairly
