- ABAngie BlissFeb 1, 20181.0Very judge mental. What are the rules when your bishop breaks confidentiality, Does not have permission. Permission to talk to the others of the church about your issues. In my case bishop Hughes broke confidentiality. I will not come back to your church. Will allow friends to learn, as well from this. So others don't get victimized as well. Catus view 5th ward was very judgemental.
