  Med tech Michael from memory care is extremely rude and extremely unprofessional. Spoke to me in such a rude tone and complained about me needing help. If a caregiver is treating me like that imagine how he treats the residents?! Warning to keep your parents away from Michael! He is not going to treat them with respect!

  We had such a wonderful experience touring Clearwater Ahwatukee Assisted Living and Memory Care. Diana gave us a warm welcome and an incredibly informative tour—she was knowledgeable, kind, and made us feel right at home. During our visit, we enjoyed lunch, and the service provided by Tyler and Eraina was exceptional. They were attentive, friendly, and made the meal feel special. The food itself was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit so enjoyable. Clearwater Ahwatukee truly stands out for its warm hospitality, professional care, and welcoming atmosphere.

  This is an amazing place. When I first visited I thought I had walked into a high end resort like the Phoenician or Hyatt. My mom is 98 and the staff is always taking her to activities like jewelry making, & crafts. The staff is amazing. They check in on her just to say hello. She no longer needs to travel for medicare physical therapy, they have a gym and also do in room sessions, they set it all up for her. The food is amazing according to my mom. This place feature a large movie theater room, English style tea room, heated pool & spa, wine room, library, puzzle table, pool table and so much more. I love that they provide independent & assisted living plus memory care. The resident are very friendly. Amazing Place!❤️❤️❤️

  Since reviews are coming in for a community that is not even completed from someone who doesn’t live there, let me offer mine. I live on the street on which Generations is being built and we can’t wait for the community to be finished – mainly because the construction (how many years has it been going on now?) has caused safety issues and impacted the enjoyment of our homes. From a street full of construction workers’ cars parked “in the driving lane” which causes accidents and forces us to have to drive in the center turn lane to delivery drivers fully driving on the wrong side of the road as they anticipate their entry to the construction site, we are all anxious to deal only with the inevitable onslaught of normal bad drivers as opposed to so many that blatantly ignore the safety of the residents in favor of convenience to the construction crew. So Generations gets one star from me to balance out the pandering 5 star review from the previous commentator.
