- KBKeyerah BatesOct 22, 20255.0My child has been going to Busy Bees for a year and has blossomed under their care! The entire team is friendly and they truly take great care of my little one. My kid runs to each staff member, gives them hugs and leaves everyday as an happy camper. Each team member knows each child by name, even if they are not in their specific classroom. Really appreciate this team and all the hard work they do caring for our babies.

My son was enrolled here for roughly 6 months and unfortunately the treatment we received when viewing the daycare was not the same in weeks prior to withdrawing him. We worked with the staff through repeated sickness contracted while there, instances of injury to our child but the final straw was when they informed us that they changed policy and attempted to charge us while our son was out sick, even though it was an illness that was going around the daycare. They even tried to tell us we would be charged for two weeks upon withdrawing him until we pushed back! Some members of this staff are kind, others are consistently unpleasant and don’t seem to be in the best mood to be around children and they are some of the most senior staff they have which is concerning. I took a lot of time to choose this place and once he was enrolled they stopped providing daily updates, the information given for what our child ate was not accurate and over time they just became less attentive to certain details we felt were minimal. Staffing also seems to be an issue. Sad that this was the outcome. Do your due diligence!

- ANAlethia NosekJan 14, 20145.0My son has been attending Cactus for a little over 5 years now and my daughter over 3 years... prior to deciding on Cactus I visited many daycare centers and pre-school's. I can't say enough about Cactus and the amazing staff. They have not only taught my kiddo's so much educationally, but are patient, kind and truly caring to my children and the other kids there ... my kiddo's don't cry when I drop them off - they LOVE to see not only their teachers but all the staff. I would absolutely recommend Cactus!
