My children adore their teachers and I genuinely feel that the staff really care for my children too. The staff is kind and welcoming; the directors and assistant directors are attentive and open to your concerns and feedback. Any issues that have come up, the directors and teachers have worked with my husband and I to address them and resolve them. I appreciate that they take concerns seriously and take parent communication seriously. We have really happy with our experience and can absolutely recommend this facility to others without reservation.

The staff is welcoming and you can tell all staff members truly care about the kids. They also care about the families, which is so rare at daycare. I definitely encourage anyone in the midtown/downtown area to consider BH.

It is incredibly safe, the front office staff are like family, and the teachers truly care about our kids. Most importantly, our kids are learning so much more than they would being at home with us. Finally - they might be the only place in town who maintains a real-time app so that you can log in and see how your kids are doing all day with eating/naps/diapers. We are so blessed that BH exists, we don't know what we would do without them.
