There has been minimal staff turnover, which is almost unheard of, unless you are dealing with true professionals that love what they do and where they are. Staff welcomed us back warmly, and remembered details about my 1st that brought joy to our hearts to hear. Communication and safety are highly important to all of us, and that is exactly what Bright Horizons at Baywood offers. I also appreciate the focus on self-help and cleanliness in the classrooms. They shone and lead their industry through COVID times, have clear, effective, and fair policies and procedures, and have strong safety precautions. Bright Horizons at Banner Baywood is the next best place to my own arms for my kids. In the front office Michelle, Kristin, and Liz have been amazing to work with. They are kind, caring, and approachable - as are all of the teachers we have had the pleasure of meeting. Bright Horizons has been a blessing. Thank you all!

They do a great job of providing curriculum from a young age and still fostering a fun environment for the kids. The team at BHBB has become like extended family and we will miss them dearly when our kids are longer attending school at BH.

Prior to bright horizons, we were at a different facility since my oldest was 6 months. What sets this center apart is several things: 1. The smaller class sizes and structure have helped my cautious toddler feel more comfortable and happy going to school. 2. The full staff from the director to office managers to teachers treat us like family.. whether it’s accommodating our sons very big emotions or going out of their way to get him emotional support loveys, I feel as though they care about his and our happiness as much as we do. 3. The cleanliness - the kids are taught how to properly wash their hands and the center takes sterilization very seriously. We are so happy we found this center and actually feel good about leaving our kids in their hands.
