If they act that way on the phone, I can't imagine handling my client with dignity and respect. No need for rebuttal, you can't fix the rudeness or disrespect. Just simply FYI to others. RUN !!!

The cards have lifted my spirits it’s been almost 6 months and by then the world has moved on while I still navigate grief so the cards help ground me and the messages are filled with hope . Thank you Sandy and your staff for taking care of my John and myself.

They handled them with respect and care as if they were their family member. They were open and honest about the costs, what to expect and helpful in assisting me with filling out the forms. - ACAndrew CiprianoSep 7, 20251.0Do not use this place, went to fill out some paper work and the "manager" did not explain anything, just brushed over everything and said sign this, and any mistakes on the paperwork was just chalked up to "computer error", said everything was gonna be $814 (previously $685 then $800), but attempted to charge us more than $1200 stating it was "machine error" from their card reader, which is apparently something that has happened before and they didn't feel the need to fix it as stated by their "manager", and while although they received full payment they attempted to say they did not and we needed to pay an additional ~$400, and apparently somehow they "refunded" money that was not on our card and we needed to pay it back, took a few days before they decided everything went through even though we explained it to them that day, this place was very unprofessional and I could not recommend it to anyone, especially during a stressful and anxious time as a loved one passing
