We started at Crème de la Crème at the beginning of this year, and it has been an incredible experience so far. We came from another local daycare facility in the area, and we are so glad we found this place.
From the outside, the building might look small and a bit tucked away, but it truly proves the saying “you can’t judge a book by its cover.” Once you walk inside, the facility is surprisingly large and spacious, with beautifully decorated high ceilings and thoughtfully designed learning areas.
Lily, the Director, has been amazing from the start. She regularly checks in with us and makes sure everything is going well. She and the entire staff are incredibly cheerful and professional, while also creating a genuine sense of care and trust. Every morning we are greeted with smiles, and my son is excited to go to class each day.
One of the biggest differences we’ve noticed compared to our previous daycare is the variety of activities and spaces available to the kids. Because the facility is so large, the children aren’t confined to one room or a single playground all day. Instead, they get to move throughout the school and experience different environments.
Some of the amazing things available to the kids include:
- A mini cafeteria where they can participate in cooking activities
- A science lab
- An indoor basketball court
- An in-school library with Spanish lessons
- A media center
- Three large playgrounds for different age groups
- Art classes
- An imagination center for dress-up and creative play
- A large activity room with a stage, toys, and tables for group play
The environment allows kids to explore, learn, and move throughout the day rather than being cooped up in a single classroom. They have space, freedom, and endless opportunities to grow.
Since starting here, we’ve already seen so much development in our son compared to our previous facility. We’re incredibly happy with our decision and excited to continue our journey here.

My experience at Creme has been nothing short of amazing! Ms. Lily has developed a culture in the school that creates a positive, warm and welcoming environment. She genuinely cares about developing a personal relationship with every child and family member that graces the hallway. You can tell every teacher loves working at the Goodyear campus, and it is all thanks to Lily's leadership! I feel very fortunate to have found a home in Creme.

Crème De Le Crème is an overall good Learning center. The Director Lily Is phenomenal it has been around for A long time and truly loves her job and the children. Starting out cream was a phenomenal school, My Neurodivergent 2 year old had a teacher who truly cared for children, and was thriving. A few months in things started to go downhill. We went through periods of consistent staffing issues that really impacted the children. His new teacher didn’t have that same amount of zeal and seemed To be visibly frustrated frequently. Also, I didn’t believe the kids were actually learning in that class. My last straw is when I walked in on my son doing something unsafe and no teachers intervened. I immediately got him taken out of the classroom and put in another class with Ms Jayli Rae Who is one of the most compassionate teachers I have encountered. However, he wasn’t with his age group which would also set him back developmentally. I Transitioned my son to another childcare center In the area, and was surprised to see other familiar families with Neurotypical children that shared the same concerns. For a while, I thought my son was having issues because he was neurodivergent, but in all reality, it was the teacher in that classroom. My son is now in a center where he is cared for and thriving and I feel At peace, dropping him off every day. Creme Is a great school and has a great program but depending on who’s in the classroom experiences can different. The director was phenomenal and listening to all my concerns however she can’t be in the classroom. Overall, I think in this school, some bad apples, spoiled a bunch. I don’t think all of the staff are equipped to deal Neurodivergent children. Some staff, I believe don’t have the patience to even deal with Neurotypical children. The experience ultimately relies on what teachers the child has.

Where do I begin!!! Welp both of my kids have been in daycare since they were 6 weeks old 😭😭 I always wanted to be a stay home mama but life happens and the bills keep on adding on. Anyway, so our journey has been all over the place from starting at Kindercare across the road which was awesome because Ms. Ana was phenomenal! Patient, kind, loving etc but their staff was rude and pretty much didn’t seem happy to be at work. Once she left my son didn’t thrive in the next classroom. I witnessed the teacher yelling awfully at another child and I knew that if she didn’t already my son would be her next punching bag 😭😣 so sad I remember thinking some ppl get the job just because they have bills to pay and others because they genuinely love and adore children and being a valuable asset to their growth and development! We then tried The Goddard and that one was worst!!! I have to many negatives to say about that company so I rather not relive that. 😡 but let’s just say they are family owned and the director is cold and seems to have favorites etc. it’s no wonder my son would cry when I left him :( Tutor time was next up omg I loved the front desk staff but the teachers well…. My son would cry at drop off and it broke my heart. He seemed so unhappy and way too many incidents including ER visits for stitches 😭😣.
Finally, we tried Crème de la crème! Which I wished I would have gone to way sooner but at the time under different ownership they didn’t assist with military family’s so it was a lot of money but I paid for the peace of mind!! Now they do and it’s awesome no complaints and was worth it even when paying full price out of pocket. Since I’ve been there about 6 years now with both of my children Ms. Lily and her team have been nothing short of amazing! Extremely attentive to our needs as a family. Always a consistent bubbly read to help solution oriented atmosphere. The kids are happy and excited for school daily. I love the curriculum and fun education they experience daily! My son is 7 now and he still wants to go back for summer breaks. My daughter is 4 1/2 now and has been here since she was 1 with Ms. Morgan which was awesome and the rest of the teachers have been amazing as well. There’s nothing like the ease of leaving your babies to go to work in an environment they’re excited to be in and with extended love for their teachers. Can’t complain our kids are still thriving here and will continue into the next grade. Thank you Ms. Lily, Ms. Myra, Ms. Jamie, Ms. Morgan, Ms. Paris, Ms.Barbar, Ms. Ana
I don't usually write reviews since they are quite personal, but I feel compelled to share my experience. I briefly switched to a private school after being at Creme for over a year to explore a Christian School Curriculum. To my surprise, I found myself eagerly returning to Creme. Mrs. Lilly and her team have become extended family to us. We immediately missed the relationship and partnership that had been forged. It's so comforting to see consistency in leadership and educational staff. While I haven't interacted with every staff member, they all recognize my family, and they all know my daughter. My daughter has flourished academically, socially and has gained her independence. We are amazed everyday by how much she has grown as a little person. I'm always able to voice my concerns to the leadership, and they are never disregarded. I'm fully at ease knowing my daughter is in a safe and nurturing environment. We receive daily updates on her progress, and it's reassuring that my wife can call and check in with the front staff on our daughter's day or ask to speak directly with the teacher. During my brief time at the private school, I was surprised to find Creme's curriculum more advanced. My daughter was so far ahead of her classmates that she became distracted due to lack of stimulation. This is due to Ms. Barbar and Ms. Parris that has loved and nurtured my daughter, I'm so very grateful to them both. I could continue with all the positive experiences at Creme. This post isn't meant to persuade anyone since our experiences are subjective, but if writing a review expresses my gratitude for the team's incredible impact on our family, then it's the least I can do to say I'm so very thankful for the entire team at Creme Goodyear,
