  They changed their policies without any notification and started charging fees directly. It feels like they are punishing busy parents for forgetting to check in/out, charging $3 per day. On one occasion, we forgot to check in/out and there was no reminder at all. We didn’t realize the issue until a week later, when we noticed we had been charged for four extra days, which is extremely unreasonable. On top of that, the tuition keeps increasing and is now $390 per week. Being charged extra just for missing one check-in/out in a single day is unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to other families.

  My daughter loves to go here and has been for over 2 years. 4 stars is given due the change in staff and used to seem understaffed at times but lately there has been a steady group of people taking care of my daughter and recognize her the second she walks in. She loves her teachers and gives them hugs and is excited to see them.The teachers seem like they truly love their job and send daily photos (90% of the time) and what they are learning for the day. They also do part time which is hard to find. They are really great about diaper changes, potty training and updating the app for parents. Would recommend! 🐝

  Absolutely do not recommend bringing your child here. This used to be a great family-oriented, communicative, and caring place before it turned into Busy Bees. The failure to hire a director who is willing to work through challenges has been their biggest downfall. The current director makes promises she has no intention of keeping, which is the biggest red flag of all. There is also a clear inability to keep up with reports, follow through, explain or work with any concerns or issues. Overall, it has gone drastically downhill, and I would not trust them with any child.

  I would not recommend this daycare. My two year old daughter did not have a good experience. The staff seems a bit immature and untrained.. I agree with the other recent reviews, the children don't seem to be supervised well. My daughter rarely came home with artwork, pictures were rarely sent. She got bit and hit constantly. Whenever parents bring up and issue, the staff is defensive and condescending. Unfortunately, our overall experience was disappointing, and I would not feel comfortable recommending Busy Bees to other parents.

  I had my son enrolled in this daycare and experienced several serious issues after Katie took over. A staff member intentionally threw my son onto a cot, leaving a visible bruise and mark on his forehead that lasted for over two weeks. My son mentioned the incident every time we went to the daycare. When I confronted Kate about it, she tried to cover it up, claiming the teacher “accidentally dropped him.” However, after I requested video footage, it was clear she had not been truthful. The staff member responsible was even allowed to return to work the very next day. After I expressed my concerns and disappointment with how the situation was handled, the daycare began retaliating against my child for example, refusing to give him juice even though he has a doctor’s note stating he needs it. Katie first claimed they “lost” the note, then later insisted I needed additional paperwork from the doctor after I gave them the new doctor note. There is currently an open state investigation into this daycare, and I’ve learned there are multiple other complaints besides mine. I would strongly caution other parents to look into these issues before enrolling their children here.
