  My mom has been there for over a year now. Every time I visit her I'm so impressed at the patience, kindness and warmth that is shown by every, single member of the staff. My mom is in memory care and we are often greeted by Landon, who is the perfect person to have be the first person you encounter. He is attentive, engaging and incredibly sweet to the residents. They chose a great young man to be the first point of contact. Mari and Nadeen are communicative, informative and so helpful as you navigate the process. I'm naming some names I interact with regularly but truly every person there is wonderful. They are so respectful and kind. They really make sure each resident is cared for, feels special and seen. They really know their residents, try to their best for them and help them to have fun! They have a bunch of activities and excursions for the residents to enjoy. I can't say enough about how pleased I am with my choice to have my mom move here. Thank you staff of Savanna House!

  In Oct 2025, we made the tough decision to put our mom in a memory care facility due to advanced Alzheimers. After visits to many places, our family chose Savanna House, Gilbert AZ. Our biggest concerns were if the staff would take care of mom at the level of our expectations. Well our prayers were answered. The staff at SH far exceeded our expectations as they always showed so much love and care for mom. This includes, but not limited too, Diana, Janelle, Nadeen, Jackie, Mari, Megan, Mandi, Ashley, Lea, Abe, Xavier, Lisa, Shannon, Gilbert, Kathryn, Loretta, Landon, and many more who I’m probably forgetting their names. Family visited mom almost everyday until she passed in late Feb 2026. Mom’s interaction, and our interaction, with staff gave us comfort knowing she was always being provided great care and love. Mom sure loved the ice cream from their special ice cream parlor. Our family is deeply grateful for the level of compassion provided to our mom in this very difficult time of need. We can’t thank you enough for answering our prayers.

  I visited a friend on the weekend. He was well cared for and the staff were very professional and compassionate. The care I observed was the best. Friendly and outgoing. They care very deeply for the residents and their families .Thank you for all of your dedication.

  Savanna House is an absolute beautiful facility, always clean and smells good. The staff really seems to care. As a daughter it’s nice to have admin available and reassuring.

  Megan McLean, director of sales at Savanna House in Gilbert, AZ consistently goes above and beyond to ensure every family feels supported and informed throughout the decision process. She asks pertinent questions and takes the time to understand each individual’s needs and match with the correct solutions, creating a seamless and reassuring experience for new residents, in this case my Mother. Megan made a stressful situation, less stressful! She felt like “family” from the first moment we met. I believe Megan treats all her potential and current residents like family. She’s not there to just make a sale and “fill apartments” I appreciate Megan taking the time to respond to all my questions and concerns with empathy and patience.
