  This is a beautiful facility with a very caring staff. My mother loved living here and enjoyed visiting the nearby gardens and restaurants on her scooter. She made many friends in the facility, including many members of the staff. The professional management truly cares about their residents and the residents' families. They went the extra mile so many times for my mother and my family, making my mom's transition from her home comfortable and easy.

  I don’t know what happened to the review that I left three years ago but it seems to have disappeared. At that time, my dad was admitted with no work-up. The security was terrible. He was able to escape. When he proved not to be compliant, he was sent in an ambulance to the ER. His poor wife was told that he could not return. It seemed the Generations was happy to charge generously for its services so long as it was required to provide very little care. My dad and stepmom deserved much better

  My mother is an assisted living resident of Generations and she is very happy. Her meals are wonderful and everyone is friendly, kind and very considerate. She has plenty of things to do and feels safe. Everyone is nice and smiles all the time. It's a happy place for sure.

  I do independent reviews and recommend care for family members so my review is only based on walk throughs and talking to family members. The place is beautiful, no doubt and the concept is great but they need to improve with their long term care. Not up to par. Food at the assisted living is excellent but very poor for those in memory care. Seems like they have little or no activities there too. Management has more work to do. I gave it a two star because I was not at all satisfied with their memory care, seems it wasnt thought through.
