Great construction manager (Wes Denning) made the process enjoyable. Nicolette (sales consultant) was very professional and, a pleasure to work with.

Many different amenities for many different interests. We're also impressed with pulte as a company during the build process as the communication from our construction manager, Daniel, was spot on and timely. Our salesperson Aaron was also excellent and with us every step of the way answering every question being patient and guiding us along the process.

We visited in February and went through the model homes and found several that we liked. We sold our home on July 19, looked at several used homes in the Merrill Ranch development and then found this spec home on the website. Ruth Silva was our agent and started us on the path to purchase. We used Pulte Mortgage to finance this purchase and put them on a fast track to closing on August 23. We made the offer contingent upon physically viewing the home. We made a quick trip in from Illinois, stayed in the Villas on site and approved the offer. We closed on the 23rd with a very professional agent and got our keys on the 26th. We look forward to our new home and community
