A correct response from a professional Owner is “Thank you for your feedback. My Team and I are working hard to provide a fun and exciting atmosphere for the children complimented with a rich and robust curriculum.” Instead, your response proved wonders and I don’t need to address the obvious lies. Word to the wise: While your statement is a lie, you might want to correct it before you get sued. Sharing private information (true or false information-all the same) about a minor, especially online, is actually a lawsuit against you all in its own. Genius!
