- BBBarbara BhamraJun 27, 20245.0Bright Horizons is an amazing daycare and preschool. The staff and director are so personable and warm. Everyone is friendly and does a great job communicating with parents about their kids. The one thing I also love about Bright Horizons is that they don't use screen time to teach the kids.

His infant teacher was cold and never really made us feel like they were remotely happy to see our son. Pick ups were dry and lacked any sort of daily update. We had comments such as “I see you don’t do it at home because I’ve been undoing it all week” We loved our year one teacher. She was awesome. A rare gem of a teacher in the facility. But that year we had a number of other kids behaving awful where I felt the facility all around feel short on managing and maintaining. Their prices are insane with an annual spike with no warning before hand. I’m just not impressed. They check the boxes on a typical to do list for having activities planned and organic food, but as far as that human element it’s definitely not worth your dollar.
