Thomas was articulate and knowledgeable of all aspects regarding the adoption process and help guide me through each and every step along this journey. He made himself available via phone or in-person if and when I needed him for any questions, concerns, etc. Thomas made me feel confident about my decision in the end to go through with the adoption and I would reach back out to him in a heart beat if a similar situation in my life were to arise again.
