  Merrill Gardens has been such a blessing to my mom and our family after several months of my mom residing there. The staff is so friendly and caring and fun! The food is great, the apartments are nice, and the property is beautiful. They have monthly meetings for the residents to give them information on the upcoming month among other things and allow the residents to ask any questions. It truly feels like a partnership and that they care that the residents have the best experience possible. I have been blown away by how wonderful Merrill Gardens is and I am so thankful we found it. I thank the staff for their hard work and dedication each and every day.

  Last summer Merrill Gardens Anthem interviewed my dad for 5 minutes or so and declined him to their memory care unit (saying he "didn't meet their criteria") to live there and then interviewed my step mom for 30 minutes and accepted her into assisted living. Since then, they have been separated and in a state of decline in separate states. My stepmom calls me regularly in the evenings lonely and crying that she misses my dad horribly and my dad wanders around his Veterans Home asking if anyone has seen his beloved wife. It's the worst possible ending scenario for a couple who have been been married for 33+ years...I called last week to try to start piecing together what the criteria was and was told at first that "they didn't keep those records." After I pressed further the lady who interviewed him said she could try to pull them from corporate. No word yet...it makes one wonder...It's heartbreaking...

  My husband and I have been volunteering at MG for over a year now. The residents are so friendly and very appreciative of our time. The staff is also amazing. There are so many activities offered to the residents. The rooms are beautiful, the activity/theater room is always busy. The dining room, living room and library are all well decorated. We feel like we are part of the MG family.

  Merrill Gardens is a beautiful facility.... impeccably clean, well appointed, with lovely resident apartments / studios. The staff are caring, well-trained and compassionate and make the residents feel at home. My mother lives at Merrill Gardens in an apartment that I visit frequently. They offer wonderful dinning for their residents - inside at the " restaurant like" dining room, or dining events/BBQs out on the patio's overlooking the pool. My mom is in a safe and caring environment. I highly recommend Merrill Gardens to care for your loved ones. Absolutely the Best! Katherine
