  Nelson-Berna was wonderful to work with at a very difficult time in my life. They made the process go very smoothly, paid attention to the fine details while comforting myself and my family.   Nelson-Berna does the job respectfully and best in class. We worked with Colby and Paula who were absolutely amazing to work with, I couldn’t imagine a better experience in such a difficult time. We pray we don’t have to bury another child in our lifetime, but if we do, Nelson-Berna will be the only consideration. They also have a comfort dog named Allie who is the reason we’re getting a dog like her!

  My husband recently passed away and because we were new to the area we chose to have a private memorial with just immediate family. Being that he was being cremated, we had the memorial service Immediately, which meant we would do it on a Sunday. Colby and Kristi were so gracious and kind. They said it would not be a problem to do that. They went the extra mile to make him look like he was just asleep on a bed. We were never rushed. And it couldn't have been more lovingly handled. Days later they called on two different occasions just to see how I was doing and if they could do anything else for me. I know when the time comes for me to join my husband Nelson-Berna will give my family the same loving Comfort.
