We are a Continuing Care Retirement Community which means we offer a full range of care within our community including independent living, assisted living, rehabilitation and therapy, and long-term skilled nursing care. This means if your needs change, you’ll be able to stay at Trinity Village surrounded by the people you’ve come to know and love.

They go above and beyond to make sure their residents are happy and well taken care of. When you walk through the door there is always a smiling face welcoming you and ready to assist you. Trinity is the best.

Within a week they didn't turn him so he had bed sores, he ended up with bilateral pneumonia, bladder infection and kidneys not functioning well, they kept saying he was fine and we were over reacting, the attending physician would not approve transfer saying he was ok and we would be billed ambulance fees if we did anything... Needless to say we got him out of there anyway and back to Heart Hosp... a week later, he had succumbed to everything piling against him and he is at peace now. I just want to say when you feel nothing is being done and your loved one is NOT improving, there's a problem somewhere....
