- NRNicolette RamosMay 1, 20221.0Terrible experience. It took them over 3 months longer than they quoted me. I kept having to call for an update. It was almost done and they said someone would call when it was done but they didn't call. When it was picked up, it wasn't what we talked about at all. It was engraved into the rock instead of in granite and inset. It was also upside down. And there was supposed to be a granite inset on the back as well. When the person was asked about this, they basically said "We didn't know why you would want it this way so we didn't do it" Instead of just calling the customer and clarifying what they wanted. Very poor communication. In the end, they inset the granite using gray glue (which doesn't match). We wrote them a letter about this but they never responded. So sad.
