- KPKevin ParsonsJul 7, 20241.0My mother-in-law and many of her church friends were on a prepaid funeral plan in which Boyd's was the servicing provider. After contacting them for a month about setting up services while she was in hospice care out of state they never returned phone calls and only days before her passing did they contact us and were "friendly" but not at all helpful. We ended up having to use another provider in the area who genuinely cared about getting her services planned. Boyd's did not seem like a very ethical or empathetic company. I would not recommend them under any circumstances.
