  Where do I even start! My grandmothers funeral was a total dumpster fire. From WRONG CASKET! Wrong linen in the casket and wrong clothes and they called the cops on the family because “we were hostile” because they wanted to argue with us on what was selected. We have photos of the documents and the items themselves that were selected. This was a total and complete joke! They then forced the family to pay right then and there in full before having the service when a life insurance policy was to be turned over to them. I hope they go out of business. Or Atleast get someone in charge that can run a business!! Our grandmother did NOT deserve any of this nonsense!

  Staci at Boyd’s Funeral Home recently helped us preplan a funeral for our father. She was so helpful and kind. I would highly recommend her and this business to anyone in the area needing these services.

  This family owned and operating business is wonderful. It's such a hard time when you lose a loved one. They are friendly and truely care about your needs. Doing whatever they can to make a hard time better and libing up to your loved ones wishes. Hard business to be in but unfortunately a necessary one. Can't speak highly enough about Boyd Funreal Home! Thank you for caring so much!

  The staff does not work with grieving families that live out of town. We live 400 Miles from here. Also, one family member works in Medicine in Little Rock. Monday is a busy surgery day. The staff would not work with him. I grew up in Lonoke and will never recommend this funeral home to any of my family. - Rev Stephen Bryant (Hospice Chaplain)
